Fit Kids 360 is a FREE 7-week program (6 weeks plus orientation). This class is a health lifestyle program that helps kids and their parents make lasting behavioral changes through nutritional education, fun exercises and goal setting

Learn how to live well both physically and spiritually so that you are best equipped to love and serve others with a whole heart! This 8-week class will challenge you to get fit by seeking God first and foremost. Through an assortment of fitness classes and nutrition and wellness education, you'll change the way you love God, yourself and others.

GOOD HEALTH = GOOD LIFE
During our new Health Aging program, participants will receive 1-on-1 fitness testing and goal setting, with weekly workshop opportunities! The goal is for each participant to increase their physical activity, make healthier choices, and stay motivated throughout the 12-week session and after.
Requirements: Participants will complete a 1-hour private session with a personal trainer (at the start and end of the program). They must agree to weekly check-ins with a trainer (either onsite or by phone) and to workout 2-3 times per week. Workouts can include walking, gardeining, group fitenss classes, etc.
