Learn how to get fit with "Fit Kids 360"!

Fit Kids 360 is a FREE 7-week program (6 weeks plus orientation). This class is a health lifestyle program that helps kids and their parents make lasting behavioral changes through nutritional education, fun exercises and goal setting

*Kids must be referred by a physician and meet minimum requirements. Parent attendance is required at all sessions. If interested, contact your physician for a referral.

Healthy Aging Program

GOOD HEALTH = GOOD LIFE
During our new Health Aging program, participants will receive 1-on-1 fitness testing and goal setting with a personal trainer, along with educational workshop opportunities through Real Services and Purdue Extension, and the ability to attend weekly Rev Workshops (based on the Revelation Wellness study). The goal is for each participant to increase their physical activity, make healthier choices, and stay motivated throughout the 12-week session and after.

Requirements: Participants will complete a 1-hour private session with a personal trainer (at the start and end of the program). They must agree to attend one workshop and one small group training per week.

AGES 62+  |  OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY  |  FREE

*There will be 2 sessions throughout the year, one starting in September and one starting in January. Spots are limited and there may be a waiting list. Inquire more at the Fitness Desk. You do NOT need to be a member to participate.
