For most people, one word comes to mind. Family.
Through The Pathway of Hope, The Salvation Army has responded to the need to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. The Pathway of Hope provides targeted services to families striving to break free of this. We will partner with families wanting to change their situation and are willing to share accountability with us for planned actions. Rooted in the case management approach, we will focus on possibilities and develop strengths to assist clients in reaching their goals and dreams. A case manager works intensively with families to help them achieve short and long-term goals through collaboration and accessing community resources.
There's never been a better day to take the first step! With The Salvation Army's Pathway of Hope, a better future is possible!
WHEN YOU DONATE to the Pathway of Hope “Needs & Seeds” opportunity, you will be providing daily necessities like toiletries, bedding and furniture, to people in our community who need a helping hand.
