Youth Handchimes

Playing the handchimes is a fun skill that requires cooperation and concentration. Students will learn music theory using just two to four notes at a time. Regular participation is required and performing in season concerts will be expected. There is also an opportunity to participate at the divisional level!

Ukuleles

These fun, small guitar-like instruments will help students learn music theory, notation and ensemble playing. Students will be expected to perform in an end-of-semester concert, and there is also an opportunity for older students to participate at the divisional level. Instruments and books will be provided.

Intermediate Youth Choir

This youth choir will practice each week and will be taught basic theory and singing techniques. Students will participate in a recital and will have the opportunity to perform at the divisional level. This is a performance group and the participants should be serious and enthusiastic about
singing with the choir!
